The following questions are primarily targeted at companies claiming to actually make dolls and employ an own sculptor (opposed to reselling and rebranding products from someone else, or just doing OEM manufacturing).

Doll Forever - family of dolls

New manufacturer ›Doll Forever‹ at Dollstudio

Dollstudio is expanding it's product range with the new manufacturer Doll Forever, also known as Doll 4ever or D4E. The Chinese supplier produces innovative TPE love dolls, which show some interesting innovations.

Among others, these novel features include a skeletal construction that allows standing without screws passing through the soles of the feet. Another unique feature in the TPE doll segment is that D4E consistently favours hinged joints, which hopefully will lead to higher stability of the doll's neck.

At launch time, Doll Forever presents three different body styles, the medium-sized D4E-135, and the life-size models D4E-155 and D4E-165. For the medium-sized body style there are three different heads to choose from, and there are already three heads for the two life-size body styles as well.

Exploring more realistic teeth options

After I removed the built-in teeth from a distorted Z-Onedoll silicone head a while ago, I'm currently looking into options for more realistic teeth.

The first idea was to just mold a set of hinted bunny teeth. But well, everybody else is doing this. So is it possible to make something better?

Probably not the most direct approach is to start with a full set of human teeth, including roots - but who knows…

Doll House 168 ›Faye‹ with Von Rubber's ›Tongue & Teeth Set‹

The next head I tried with VonRubber's Tongue and Teeth Set comes from Doll House 168. It's an beautiful TPE head called ›Faye‹.

Faye does neither have a tongue or teeth by default. However, she has - opposed to most Doll Sweet silicone heads - an oral cavity, so her mouth can as well be equipped with VonRubber's teeth inserts as with the tongue pieces.

Aung gets a tongue

Some human women might suffer from Sigmund Freud's "penis envy"; though, Aung developed her very own symptoms after she saw Svetlana with VonRubber's Tongue and Teeth Set. I can only call it "tongue envy".

So we did a quick shooting, with Aung equipped with multiple tongues created by our French friend VonRubber. And yes, Aung was pretty happy afterwards…
